1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Green Digitra ("we," "our," or "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Green Digitra provides the following digital services:

Web design and development
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Digital marketing and social media management
Mobile application development
Content creation and strategy

3. Project Terms

All projects require a 50% advance payment before work begins
Final deliverables are released upon full payment
Revision requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges
Project timelines depend on client feedback responsiveness

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final website design and code. Green Digitra retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds for completed work. For ongoing services (SEO, social media), a 30-day notice is required to terminate.

6. Limitation of Liability

Green Digitra is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or third-party service failures. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karur, Tamil Nadu.
